Working Field Manager
We’re hiring a Working Field Manager to lead our technicians in the field, coordinate jobs, manage materials, and ensure projects are done right—the first time. You’ll be the bridge between the team, the client, and the office.
This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be on the ground every day—directing crews, solving problems, keeping jobs moving, and making sure customers are thrilled with the results. Just as often, you’ll be working alongside the crew—polishing, repairing, sealing, and restoring surfaces with the same attention to detail you expect from your team. You’ll set the standard by example while keeping operations sharp, efficient, and responsive as we grow.
Qualifications
5+ years in stone restoration or related trades (tile, concrete, etc.)
2+ years managing crews or leading field operations
Skilled in polishing, honing, sealing, cleaning, and repairing stone, tile, and concrete surfaces
Able to repair chips, cracks, holes, and grout with precision and attention to detail
Strong leadership and communication skills—people trust you and follow your lead
Confident handling high-end clients and fast-paced environments
Organized, proactive, and committed to doing things right the first time
Tech-savvy enough to handle scheduling apps, checklists, and reports
Proven ability to maintain strict quality control
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
OSHA 10 or safety certifications are a plus
Field Service Technician
We’re hiring Field Service Technicians to join our team and deliver top-quality stone, concrete and tile restoration services. You’ll be hands-on every day—polishing, cleaning, repairing, and protecting surfaces so they look brand new again.
This isn’t just another trade job. You’ll be trusted to work in high-end homes and businesses, bring surfaces back to life, and make sure every client is thrilled with the results. You’ll work closely with your crew and supervisor, learn specialized techniques, and represent our company with professionalism and pride.
Qualifications
2+ years in stone, tile, concrete, or related trades preferred (will train the right candidate)
Skilled in polishing, honing, sealing, cleaning, and repairing stone, tile, and concrete surfaces
Able to repair chips, cracks, holes, and grout with precision and attention to detail
Reliable, honest, and hard-working with a strong work ethic
Professional and respectful with clients in high-end environments
Punctual and dependable—shows up on time, every time
Physically able to carry, unload, and operate tools and equipment on job sites
Comfortable troubleshooting and solving problems on the spot
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
