Kevork Akoubian is the founder of CATA Stone Care & Restoration and the Operations Manager. With over 15 years of experience in the field, he brings a tremendous amount of knowledge to his projects. His attention to detail and superior execution on the job site set him apart from all others. As the owner of a family-owned company, his philosophy is to treat all his customers with the utmost care, attention, and respect.
Prior to establishing his company, Kevork served for many years as a Firefighter Hotshot with the United States Forest Service. He has also worked with municipal fire departments such as Los Angeles City Fire Department and the City of Downey Fire Department.
Kevork enjoys leading a healthful life. Some of his favorite hobbies include spear-fishing, long-distance cycling, hiking, running, kayaking, swimming, and cross-fit style training.
Arlene Akoubian is the co-founder of CATA Stone Care & Restoration as well as the Office Administrator. She corresponds with clients to be sure communication flows smoothly, and she ensures that everything behind the scenes is running efficiently.
Prior to establishing CATA, Arlene graduated from the USC School of Architecture with a five year professional degree and a focus in Entrepreneurship. Arlene founded her own successful interior design business, Arlene Hacatoryan Studio. She currently practices interior design with a boutique list of residential clientele. As a native resident of Newport Beach, she loves to support her local community and other local small businesses.
Arlene applies her design expertise to her work with CATA every day. She has a great technical knowledge of materials and design. Together, Kevork and Arlene make an unmatched team and proudly serve their community in Southern California.
